- Attract and onboard new volunteers who share the Trust’s passion for wildlife and community stewardship
- Work with staff to support the planning of volunteering across diverse activities, including: habitat management, species monitoring, education events, and admin
- Support the Trust's communications
- Coordinate a volunteer feedback survey
- Support fellow volunteers to upskill
- Update volunteering records
