Leave a gift for wildlife

A gift in your will is a simple way to make a lasting difference for the wildlife and wild places you care about.

Here in the Tees Valley, we’re lucky to have nature on our doorstep, from our coastlines and river to parks and green spaces. By leaving a gift to Tees Valley Wildlife Trust, you can help protect and restore these places for future generations to enjoy.

A small step that can make a big difference

Making a will is one of the best ways to ensure your wishes are carried out. It can also make things much easier for your loved ones at a difficult time. Once in place, it’s worth reviewing your will occasionally, especially when life changes.

After taking care of family and friends, some people choose to leave a gift to a cause close to their heart. Any gift, large or small, can help us continue our work for wildlife across the Tees Valley.

Supporting nature into the future

Gifts in wills play an important role in helping us plan ahead - protecting the Tees Valley’s reserves and habitats, restoring landscapes and supporting wildlife for years to come.

There are different ways to leave a gift, whether that’s a share of your estate, a fixed amount, or something specific. Many people choose a percentage, which can help ensure your gift keeps its value over time.

Letting us know

If you are considering leaving a gift to Tees Valley Wildlife Trust, we’d love to hear from you. There’s no obligation to share details - simply knowing your intentions can help us plan for the future.

Thank you for thinking of wildlife in this way - it really does make a lasting difference.
