Join the Reservoir Rangers

Love nature? Want to make a real difference in your local environment? Come and get stuck in with the Reservoir Rangers!

Meeting every Tuesday at Lockwood Beck (first Tuesday of the month) and Scaling Dam (every other Tuesday) to carry out essential hands-on work that keep both reservoir thriving for both wildlife and visitors. Whether it’s path maintenance, meadow management, or general practical work, there’s always something meaningful to do—and no experience is needed.

  • Practical conservation tasks that change with the seasons

  • A chance to learn new skills and connect with nature

  • All tools and guidance provided—just bring sturdy footwear and enthusiasm!
