Urban Nature & Community Officer
We’re seeking a community-focused, skilled communicator to lead engagement across Stockton, Redcar, and Middlesbrough—empowering local people through place-based and systems-level change.
Role purpose
To empower communities to take action for nature’s recovery in the urban areas of Redcar & Cleveland, Stockton and Middlesbrough, with a particular focus on the green corridors that connect communities. To create and enable community leadership, decision-making and action through a series of capacity building activities, leading to a ripple effect of people taking action for nature and the climate.
- Full-time 37.5 hours per week
- Fixed term until 31st July 2028
- £26,300pa
- 28 day annual leave +plus public holidays

Marketing and Communications Manager
We are looking for a part time Marketing and Communications Manager who will play a pivotal role in growing our membership base, driving fundraising campaigns, and amplifying our voice across a variety of digital and print platforms. You’ll lead on social and digital media strategy, seasonal magazine production, and supporter communications. Ensuring our messaging is engaging, inclusive, and aligned with our values.
Pay – £30,972 pro rata
Holiday – 28 days+public holidays
Hours Part-time / 18.75 hours per week
2-year fixed term – possible extension subject to funding
Office / Home (Hybrid) working
