This expert led walk, part of a year long programme to explore seasonal changes in woodlands, will explore the summer characteristics of the ancient woodland of Saltburn Gill, a Tees Valley Wildlife Trust Nature Reserve. A dense canopy of oak and ash trees shelter a winding path which runs the entire length of this secluede valley. Particiapants will be encouraged to take photos and make sketches to contribute to a collective digital diary of a year in this unique wood.
