Discover how our ancestors depended on our wild flowers and trees in their daily lives for food and medicine on this gentle walk around Stainon Quarry. Recapture  some of this folk wisdom on this gentle herbal walk and discover how you can improve your own wellbeing with simple herbal teas and tinctures.

This event is part of the  Tees Valley Wildlife Trust’s  Wildlife for Wellbeing  programme of activities to celebrate the of  as part of  Mental Health Awareness Week 10 – 16  May 2021.
